Q: Why do you need the vin#?
A: In some cases, there is a "split vin" for that particular year of vehicle. The manufacturer has different parts in the car at different times of the year. Our computer system recognizes the different vin#, and matches it to the correct part.

Q: How do you determine if it is the right or left side?
A: It is as you are sitting in the car.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: YES! We deliver to shops in the local area, and for a fee, we can deliver to the consumers house in the local area too.
Q: How do you ship?
A: We ship most things UPS, we can also ship USPS if required or Conway Freight for bigger packages. We also deliver through the Seattle Barge for locations out of the lower 48 states..
Q: Why only Probe and Ranger models of Ford?
A: Some of the Mazda models have the same drive train of those of the Ford Probe and Ranger. It seemed natural for us to include these in our inventory.
